[Release Info] KamihayaCMS v1.40.0 Launched – A No-Code Tool to Accelerate Your Business

Responding to the evolving needs of the market, KamihayaCMS continues to pursue its mission: “Simpler. More intuitive.” This latest release introduces powerful new features aimed at enhancing both the site owner and user experience.

1. Improved Reliability of Email Delivery

Previously, KamihayaCMS relied on the mail sending capabilities of the hosting server. As a result, issues such as email delivery failures or delays occasionally occurred depending on server conditions or configuration limitations.

With this update, we’ve implemented the following enhancements.

• Mail delivery is now controlled directly within the CMS
• Email processing is now handled via an asynchronous queue, reducing the risk of delivery failures caused by temporary server instability or load
• Enables stable handling of high-volume email sending and time-sensitive processes requiring immediate response.

These improvements contribute significantly to the reliability of essential functions such as contact forms and workflow notifications.

2. Bug Fixes in the VBO Module

KamihayaCMS, as an extended CMS based on Drupal, includes the VBO (Views Bulk Operations) module for batch operations in the admin UI. In this version, we addressed a bug where VBO actions failed to execute correctly under certain conditions.

We’ve applied a custom patch within KamihayaCMS to restore expected behavior in line with the original module specification. This fix is planned to be contributed back to the Drupal community.
